Social Studies

Elementary Schools

Child pointing to a globe

In our elementary classrooms, Social Studies is an adventure in discovery. We introduce young learners to the foundational concepts of history, geography, and community. Students learn how to interact with the world around them by exploring diverse cultures, understanding the importance of rules and citizenship, and developing early economic awareness. Our goal is to spark curiosity and build the essential writing and research skills that help students grow into kind, informed, and responsible neighbors.

Middle & High Schools

For our middle and high students, Social Studies shifts from exploration to deep analysis. Students will engage with high-level content in World History, Civics, and Economics, moving beyond facts to examine the why and how of human society. By analyzing primary sources and debating complex global issues, students develop the intellectual tools to evaluate information critically. We prepare our graduates to be active, ethical leaders who can navigate the complexities of a culturally diverse, interdependent global economy.
