We are committed to excellence in all record management and document imaging services we provide our students and customers. Our primary goal is that all records, in all formats and media types, shall be efficiently created, managed, and retained to meet Florida's Palm Beach County School District's legal, financial, auditing, administrative, research, and historical needs.

Request Records
There are several methods for requesting student transcripts, immunization records, and inactive student records. Click the link below to learn more about how to submit a request.
PLEASE NOTE: Students CURRENTLY ENROLLED in a Palm Beach County School must go directly to their school since the jurisdiction of records has not been transferred to the District.

Office Closures
Please note that the Records Management office will be closed for the following dates:
