To request your transcripts, please fill out our Records Request From.  Processing time is 3-5 business days. NOTE: form of Identification must also be provided.

No fee is required to obtain records directly from the District.

Yes. Go to parchment.com to request your transcripts electronically. Processing time is 1-2 business days. There is a fee to obtain your records this way.

Yes, requests in person are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Visit our appointment site to view and select the available dates and times. 

GED records are held with the Department of Education GED office.

There is only one diploma ordered per student which is issued at graduation. No other copies are available.

All active students must request transcripts directly from their current school.

For active students, you may access report cards from the Parent Portal or request report cards from their current school. 

Reach out directly to the school. They are the only ones capable of doing this. 

There is a student compliance/reinstatement form that needs to be filled out and signed by the student's school.

The Records Management Office does NOT provide Apostille or Notarial Certifications.  Please visit the Florida Department of State's website for specific instructions on how to file, fees, payment, and acceptable types of documents.
