Student Safety Programs and Services

Palm Beach County School District keeps the safety of students at the forefront by providing behavioral and emotional supports for students and families to ensure success.

Programs include Bullying Awareness and Support and School Climate that assist students to receive the services they need in order to be lifelong learners.

To promote a positive school climate, we also work with students to become safe school ambassadors and assist with peer mediation.  Our School and District staff are trained in youth mental health to recognize the early signs of mental illness and distress in order to conduct a compassionate conversation with a young person in need of assistance.
