Closed Private Schools

    When a non-public school in Palm Beach County closes, all permanent information contained in student records shall be transferred either to the:

    1. Superintendent of the Palm Beach County School District; or
    2. Principal office of the non-public school system or the association to which the non-public school was a member.

    Reference F.S. 1002.42(3)(b) The Palm Beach County School District has student records from many closed non-public schools. For questions about a specific closed non-public school, contact the Records Management Office at 561-434-8029.
