The District Leadership Academy (DLA) is a growth and talent development platform for central office / district leaders to engage in training, conferences, and mentoring sessions. These offerings allow DLA attendees to collaborate, grow, and receive individual career and professional advice and mentorship. DLA conferences are excellent networking and growth events that bring together district leaders with local community and business leaders. Finally, a talent development system that includes a 360-degree talent assessment and growth road map provides a process for district administrators to hone in on their professional goals and enhance their leadership skills.
