Testing


  • Palm Beach Virtual School Full-time Testing Information

    Students enrolled in Palm Beach Virtual School’s full-time program will be scheduled to complete their required state testing. Information about test administration will be communicated electronically and by phone to full-time students.  

    Participation in state assessments is required by Florida Statute 1002.45. 

    The following information is for currently enrolled full-time students with the Palm Beach Virtual School FLVS franchise (7004), Edgenuity Virtual Academy (7001) or K12 a Stride Company (7001).

    • All students will be required to attend in-person testing.

    • All health guidelines will be followed while students are on campus as stated in the SDPBC Visitor Information and Protocols.

    • Parents will not be allowed to enter the building.

    • Students must arrive 15 minutes prior to your testing time to allow for check-in


    Part-time students enrolled at another public school while taking one or more online courses with Palm Beach Virtual School will complete their required state assessments at their physical school site.  Please contact the testing coordinator at your student’s local school for more information.

    Home Education students enrolled and taking one or more online courses with Palm Beach Virtual School have the option to participate in state testing.  Please visit the Home Education Department website for more information and how to schedule testing.  You will be registered through the Home Education Department and will be scheduled at your zoned school to take the assessment.
