ECS acts as a regulator, trainer, and in-house consultant to provide environmental compliance solutions. In addition, the district's sustainability and conservation programs are managed by ECS to assist schools and departments interested in waste reduction and recycling, energy and water conservation, plus related "green" practices including outdoor classrooms.
