First Serve
This extracurricular club helps youth develop character, competence, and commitment for personal and community improvement via community service involvement. The club focuses on the development of two areas for each student to create lasting change; Internal cultivation of intelligence and character, (The cultivation of self-awareness and interpersonal relationship skills helps students to be able to see their "blind spots" and lets them better understand their motivations and actions.) and external cultivation, which involves access to opportunities and resources.
Even with the best self-knowledge, change can not happen without students having access to necessary resources and opportunities to help them believe beyond.
