The School District of Palm Beach County Partners in Education (PIE) Program is an enterprising initiative that allows businesses and community organizations to support public education in the Palm Beach County School District. The partnerships are dynamic, innovative, mutually beneficial, and contribute significantly to educating students and preparing them to be successful in the global marketplace.

Becoming a “Partner in Education” is an opportunity for the academic and the business community to unite in a way that enhances the learning environment for students. Resources offered by businesses and community organizations (volunteers, funding, equipment, materials, scholarships, and assistance with special events) positively affect student achievement and enrich the lives of students.

Manatee Elementary School encourages you to become our partner in education so that, among other opportunities, your company is able to:

    • Participate in the school’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and School Advisory Council (SAC)
    • Participate in special school events held for students (i.e., Career Day, etc.)
    • Provide gift cards/donations for special programs or events (i.e., S.W.I.M. Program, etc.)
    • Provide teacher/staff appreciation throughout the school year
    • Provide school supplies or donations for school supplies
    • Provide donations for the school safety patrols
    • Purchase a fence banner to advertise your business
    • Provide business flyers to be left out at the aftercare sign-out table
