Shirts and Dresses

• Permitted
  
  • Single color, SOLID polo or SOLID t-shirt
  • Single color, SOLID UNIFORM dress with sleeves and shorts underneath
  • Sunrise Park t-shirts - available for $15 cash (exact, no change available) or by a check given at the main office.
• Not Permitted
  
  • Sleeveless shirts / tank tops
  • Midriff tops
  • Shirts tied at the waist or the back
  • Logos larger than 2 inches

Pants, Shorts, and Skirts

• Permitted
  
  • Single color, SOLID pants, capris, shorts, skirts, skorts, or leggings
  • SPES logo sweatpants
  • Shorts, skirts, and skorts should be appropriate length
• Not Permitted
  
  • Rips, holes, frays, cut-offs, patches or decorations
  • Plaids
  • Leggings with designs or prints

Jackets, Sweaters

• Permitted
  
  • Solid color sweatshirts or jackets may be worn WITH an appropriate uniform shirt underneath
• Not Permitted
  
  • Any distracting words or patterns
  • Logos larger than 2 inches
  • Hoods are not allowed to be worn over the head on campus

Shoes

• Permitted
  
  • All shoes must be flat, closed-toe, and closed-heel
  • Sneakers or athletic shoes are required on P.E. days
• Not Permitted
  
  • Sandals, slippers, slides, flip-flops, crocs, or heels
  • Heelys or any shoe that has wheels

General

• Permitted
  
  • Hats, hoods, and scarves for medical or religious reasons ONLY
• Not Permitted
  • Animal ears and tails
  • Earbuds / headphones outside of classroom
  • Visible undergarments

Uniform items are available for purchase online at the Sunrise Park Spiritwear store.

Additional items are prohibited as per the SDPBC Student Family Handbook.

The administration has the authority to determine if attire is out of compliance and issue consequences for violation of the dress code.
