The Art Club meets after school in Mr. Finney's classroom every Monday.

Girls to Women - Membership provides girls with empowerment as well as opportunities to gain mentorship from successful women in the workforce. It also includes community service and raising awareness for important issues. It is sponsored by Ms. N. Smith both during and after school.  Students in this club must have a 2.0 GPA.

Chess Club - Membership provides students with more confidence in learning and playing chess in a friendly competition format. It's also a great way to meet new people who share your interest in the game. Coach Walker is the sponsor and meets with students every Wednesday at the checkpoint at 7:30 a.m.

National Junior Honor Society - Membership in NJHS shows that you are among the best students in your class, not just in terms of academics, but also in terms of leadership, service, and character. It shows a commitment to community service projects and provides you the opportunity to network with like-minded peers. This is sponsored by Ms. Saleem and meets before, during, and after school.  Students must qualify and be inducted into this program. A 3.5 GPA, levels 3-5 in ELA and Math, and conduct codes of 3-4 are required.  This is only open to 7th and 8th graders.

Blossoms - This program is sponsored by Ms. Estrella and meets on Fridays after school.  

Cheer Leading - This program is sponsored by Ms. Flowers and meets Monday - Thursday.

Dance and Step - This program meets Monday - Thursday and is sponsored by Ms. King

Student Government - Membership provides students with the opportunity to foster leadership skills, encourage school spirit, and teach democratic principles among students. It also provides students with the opportunity to lead important school initiatives, including raising awareness of important causes such as Breast Cancer Awareness and standing up against bullying/harassment. Students in this program will also visit high schools to see how student government is handled at the next level.  The sponsors of this program are Ms. Brissett and Ms. K. Brown.  They meet every other Thursday in the Media Center.
