  • This week’s Thank a Teacher winner knows how to get the most of out of her students in the classroom and on the volleyball court. Math teacher and coach Erica Green lead the girls volleyball team to a District Championship in the very first year of the school. For making history, Erica is the teacher of the week in Palm Beach County.

    Families with students entering pre-kindergarten through grade 12 have the opportunity to choose from an array of Choice and Career and Technical Education (CTE) theme-based curricula offerings at the elementary, middle, and high school levels that provide innovative and rigorous academic instruction by specially trained teachers.

  • Located in beautiful western Lake Worth (just west of the Turnpike), DGHS is Palm Beach County’s first new High School in 20 years!

    As a state-of-the art campus with a college feel, Dr. García HS has all the latest security features and built-in technology throughout the campus.

    DGHS is a comprehensive high school with a modern Performing Arts Center, a large Media Center and an impressive gym. Athletic fields with artificial turf, the only sand volleyball court in Palm Beach County, large fine arts classrooms, business labs and many other amazing facilities to accommodate a variety of programs.
