    • The nomination for this week’s Thank a Teacher winner doesn’t come from a student, but from a spouse who just wanted the chance to thank his personal hero. Susan Wood’s husband Terence says he still sees her passion for education and commitment to her students at Limestone Creek Elementary School every day after 40 years of teaching. Mrs. Wood received a $250 check from our sponsor, HCA Florida Healthcare.
