To purchase a yearbook ad for your senior, please follow these steps:
    1. Pay for your ad on schoolcashonline.com. Payments are due 10/15/24. If you would like to make a partial payment, simply pay for a smaller ad size and indicate on your order form (next step) the size that you wish to purchase. You will need to pay for the rest of your ad by 2/1/24.

    2. Fill out and submit this form.

    3. Submit your pictures and message. In a few days after you have made your payment and filled out the order form, you will receive an email from Balfour Customer Service with the subject "Your Yearbook Ad Space is Ready!" This email will give you access to the site where you will upload your ad content. Pictures and messages must be submitted by 10/22/23.

    Senior Ad Frequently Asked Questions:
In what format should my photos be?
We can accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF file formats.

    Can you resize an image?
Yes, we will take your image and resize it to fit the layout on the page.

What if I do not have a digital copy of a photo? I only have a printed copy.
Please try to use a scanner to convert it to a digital copy. We do not recommend you take pictures of a printed photo as the glare and other issues may lessen the quality of your final product. If you do not have a way to create a digital copy, you may mail your pictures to the address below, ATTN: Stephanie Russo, and I will scan them for you.  Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope so that I may return them to you. However, we cannot be responsible for lost pictures.

What other tips do you have about submitting images?
It is best to submit original sized / resolution digital images. Instead of taking an image that you have posted on social media, try to find the original photo in your files to submit instead. Do not save a file as a smaller size or lower resolution.

Can I create the ad myself and submit that?
Our staff members are highly-trained to create a beautiful product that you will love. We use fonts, colors, and other style choices that correspond to the rest of the book. Therefore, we would prefer you allow our yearbook staff members create the ad for you.

Will I see a copy of my senior's ad before it goes to print?
Yes! In a few weeks, you will receive a PDF proof of your senior's ad via email.  You will have two days to request corrections. We will gladly correct any mistakes we have made, but please note that changes to your original order (new pictures/message) will result in a change fee.

Does the cost of an ad include a copy of the yearbook?
No, the cost is for the printing of your ad space only.  More information on purchasing a yearbook is forthcoming.

    Other Notes:
    ● We will not publish any ads with profanity, nudity, weapons, alcohol, or anything the staff or adviser thinks is inappropriate.
    ● We cannot print copyrighted photos. Photos taken by a professional photographer must include a release unless taken by Leonard’s (school photographer).
    ● All text must be original material. Copyrighted text cannot be printed in its entirety. If you choose to include a quote or a small portion of a song lyric, be sure to include an attribution.
    ●  Renaissance is produced by students in an academic environment. The yearbook staff will choose fonts and colors that compliment your ad and fit in with the overall design and theme of the 2024 Renaissance Yearbook.
