    Physical Education

Welcome to Physical Education at South Olive Elementary!  We are focusing on developmentally appropriate physical education games, fitness and skill development.

The students will enjoy a variety of sports, games and fitness that will help them achieve their goals in fitness and a lifetime of healthy choices. We are also proud to have one of the largest running clubs in Palm Beach County for both the boys and girls teams!

    Visual Arts

In the Art Room we:  think outside the box, breathe deep, make mistakes, make messes, take a break from the stress of the world, exhale negativity, inhale joy, learn, grow, share, laugh, relax, feel the process, let go of expectations…

    Embrace our creativity

    Music

At South Olive Elementary, all students sing, play, move, improvise, and create to build musical skills using the Orff Schulwerk model of instruction. Students gain experience using a variety of pitched and unpitched percussion instruments, as well as movement props, and games as they learn fundamentals of music in accordance with the Next Generation Sunshine State Standards.
