Originally from Cuba, he spent his early years in Spain and later in Puerto Rico. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Dr. García was also active in several community endeavors in Palm Beach County, including the Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County, Compass, International AIDS Education Foundation, Cycle for The Cause, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Health Education Outreach, and others.
