Our Mission

Positive Behavioral Interventions Support (PBIS) seeks to reduce or eliminate poor behavior school wide through the encouragement of positive behaviors, creating an improved school climate for the entire student body. The focus of PBIS is prevention, not punishment.

Who We Are

A small group of teachers and staff volunteer monthly to discuss and uncover ways to have the greatest impact on the quality of life and learning environment at 'The OC". We want our Bears to feel empowered, capable, and, above all, safe!
