The Theatre Academy at Boynton Beach Community High School strives to enable students to develop fundamental skills in the collaborative art of theatre by providing a curriculum designed for students to learn and master the varied approaches and techniques that are utilized in the theatre profession. In the state of the art Black Box Theatre, the students are engaged in learning artistic discipline & audience etiquette, acting and characterization, movement and vocal production, pantomime and improvisation, script elements and playwriting, theatre history and influences, technical theatre & design, theatre production, roles and careers in the Theatre Arts.
