Procedure for Requesting/Sending Transcript
Email Karyna Kanhoye to request a transcript or send a PBV or FLVS Transcript for Student Records.
You must include the following:
- Transcript request to be sent: Your child's full name, student I.D.number, grade level, the name of the person or institution that you want the transcript emailed to, and the email address of that person or institution.
- Transcript from FLVS or PBV to be added to your child's records: Your child's full name, student I.D. number, grade level, the name of the person or institution that the grade is from, the attached transcript.
