How to register a student at Eagles Landing Middle School

      6th Grade

        1. Parent/Guardian confirm the assigned school for your address Find My School (please fill out your street address, zip code)
        2. Parents have the option to contact school by email
        3. Registrar emails the parent the registration packet in the appropriate language
        4. Parent and registrar communicate via email to collect required documentation
        5. Parent is assigned an appointment time to drop off or complete registration packet
        6. Check the School Health Requirements for School Year 2020-2021 - Physicals and immunizations must be up to date for school, REGARDLESS if the classes will be online or not.

      7th Grade

        2. Parents have the option to contact school by email

        7th Grader Health Immunization Requirements

        Regardless of distance learning vs. "brick & mortar", the following applies before the first day of school:

        All 7th graders require a Physical Examination as dated no earlier than 8/10/2021. 
         
        - Physical Examination forms must be completed in their entirety and signed and dated by both the physician and the parent/guardian to be valid.  
        - All immunizations and vaccinations must be up-to-date. Check the School Health Requirements for School Year 2020-2021
        - An updated Florida DH 680 form provided by the physician, must be obtained by the parent for submission to the school prior to 7th grade year beginning.

        Please scan and email the required documentation to Mrs. Moran prior to August 10th, 2022.

      • ALL REGISTRATION PACKETS MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE SENDING TO THE SCHOOL

        All students will have 6 classes on TOTAL.
        >>> 4 classes are Academic Subjects:

        1. Language Arts
        2. Math
        3. Science
        4. Social Studies (World History, Civics)

        >>> 2 classes are Electives:
        Students can choose the electives and his/her schedule will be done based on availability. Check the Course Cards below to select the Electives:
