Do you need to complete a Meal Application?

You are not required to fill out this form. 

Do you want your student to qualify for a reduced fee for the Morning and Afterschool Care Program?  You will need to complete the meal application which determines if you qualify for a reduced fee for that program.  You only need to complete 1 application for your family and it will include all of your student's names on it.  Here is the link for the meal application: www.palmbeachschools.org/sfs
