SAC Request for Funds

  • SAC Fund Request Guidelines:

    1. All SAC Fund Requests must be submitted online using the SAC Fund Request Form.
    2. All requests must be submitted 90 days prior to the date the funds are needed. (Any exceptions must be reviewed and voted on by the SAC Budget Committee).
    3. SAC Fund Requests will be reviewed by the SAC Budget Committee before presenting to the JILHS SAC membership. This review will verify that the request aligns with the School Strategic Plan, that all documentation is included and that all local and state requirements have been met.
    4. SAC Fund Requests must include proof of fundraising and/or pursuit of funding elsewhere (Exceptions of a case to case basis).
    5. SAC Fund Requests cannot exceed $4000.
