Pre-Information Technology

Students who participate in Pre-Information Technology acquire foundational knowledge and skills in basic programming techniques, software and web development, and emerging digital technologies. Emphasis is placed on a college preparatory curriculum directly linked to career pathways in the IT career cluster. Students have the opportunity to earn two industry certifications in the three-year sequence, proving that they're prepared to be tomorrow's IT professionals.

    6th grade: Information and Communications Technology
    7th grade: Digital Discoveries in Society
    8th grade: Computer Fundamentals (high school course)
