Free Meals for Children Provided at District and Community Sites During the Summer

Students eating their lunches in a cafeteriaThe School District of Palm Beach County’s School Food Service will be providing summer meals at various school and community sites from Monday, June 3 through Friday, July 26, 2024. Exact dates will vary by site. Click here to view the list of locations offering summer meals.

Anyone 18 years old and younger can go to the sites to receive free meals. Children must remain on location while they are eating their meals. District school sites will be providing free breakfast and lunch. Libraries and community centers will be providing lunch and a snack.

Please note that the following District schools are not open sites for the community. That means only those students attending the specific program at the school can receive meals: 

• Bak Middle School of the Arts
• Calusa Elementary
• Del Prado Elementary 
• Don Estridge Middle
• Eagles Landing Middle
• Emerald Cove Middle
• Jeaga Middle 
• JFK Middle (month of June only)
• Jupiter Middle 
• Loggers’ Run Community Middle
• Polo Park Middle 
• Sunrise Park Elementary 
• West Boynton Middle 

Each District school providing meals has different serving times based on the programs at the school. Families can view hours of operation as well as other sites available throughout Palm Beach County by going to the Summer BreakSpot website. Families can also dial 211, or text "FOOD" or "COMIDA" to 304-304 to locate sites providing meals.
