Days of Operation - AfterSchool Program 

The Morning/AfterSchool programs will start on the 1^st day of school.  Student’s application forms should be on file or turned in the first week of participation. A copy of the application is included in the student first day information packet.

When do the programs meet?

The AfterSchool program meets Mondays through Thursdays (4:15-5:30) throughout the school year (Except 12-21-22).  We do not meet on school holidays or Fridays.

The Morning program will be open on regular school days (7:45-9:00).  Doors will open at 7:45 AM.  Students should NOT arrive on campus prior to this time.  There will be NO supervision.

Registration

Students will receive the Morning/AfterSchool registration form in the 1st day information packet. Students may attend the first day/week of the program without the form completed. The one-time Registration fee of $25.00 and the appropriate monthly fee is required prior to the first day of participation in the Morning and/or AfterSchool Program. Parents may use Cashless Schools to pay these fees. Registration forms will be available in the Main Office or in Student Services in August if you would like to pick one up.

Transportation (starting the 2^nd week of school)

An activity bus is available for students who are regular bus students. The activity bus departs the campus at 5:30 p.m. Regular afternoon bus stops are NOT used so please refer to the after-school bus schedule to locate a convenient stop. (Available in mid-August) Parent pick-up is required by 5:30 p.m. Walkers and bike riders are dismissed at this time also.
