Welcome to Piano with Mr. Seto
Piano studio class curriculum is focused on all aspects of piano keyboard studies from music history, ear training, technique, to theory, recitals, and beyond. In class, each student has their own keyboard to work on and polishes their work on the Grand Concert Piano. In the past, students have performed at many venues in Palm Beach from the Delray library to the Norton museum. Fields trips have included concerts at Boca Mizner amphitheater and Kravis Center. Plumosa has hosted talented pianists to visit and speak with students. Classes have opportunities to see a variety of artists from all genres share music in our Auditorium. At the end of the school year, students will perform their own pieces in our end-of-year piano recital.
Mr. Seto inspires his students to practice, research, study, listen, and perform excellence.
As a versatile musician, Seto has toured across the country, studied harpsichord, and performed with orchestra. He graduated with High Honors from University of Miami’s Frost School of Music, Professional and Master degrees from Lynn University. Mr. Seto has participated in International Music Festivals and won piano competitions. He accompanies all instrumentalists, winning many competitions especially with violinists. Some of his favorite composers are: Schumann, Chopin, Mozart, Bach, Rachmaninov, Scriabin.
