Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath, we can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath or as the connection between poses in a flowing sequence.

    This class will utilize elements of several types of exercises. Class will include Pilates moves to strengthen the core and lengthen muscles and Strength Training with weights and tubes to tone arms, abs, buns, and legs. Weeks 1-4: focus on breathing, flexibility, form and safety. Weeks 5-7 focus on improving endurance, stamina, and balance. Bring a yoga mat, towel, small pillow, exercise tube, bottled water, and hand weights 2 lbs or less. Wear supportive sneakers and exercise clothing.

The fitness trainings focus on small group-based interval circuit training exercises that include full body bootcamp workout, fitness cardio, strength training, endurance training, short distance running and a range of motion stretching for a total body workout/sculpting exercise and weight loss challenges.
