Welcome to the Palm Beach County School District Staff Association’s website! We are glad you are here.

As the president, I am proud to be leading such a great group of professionals that work in a variety of positions across the District. We are a collegial consortium that is united in our support for students, staff, and District. We look forward to your membership and participation as we move forward into 2023.

We have been active in the development around our Strategic Plan and continue to meet with District Leadership to further our member's interests. Our delegation will be traveling again to Tallahassee this year to help shape educational policy. Additionally, we are proud to be getting back to networking with our staff and bringing back the Winter Gala.

Finally, we will continue our scholarship program for high school seniors and have awarded $25,000 over the last 5 years. This is most exciting as we invest in our students through our work in K-12 and beyond. Our students are our future and we are excited to pay it forward!

Staff Association Salary Update
In December 2022, the School Board unanimously approved a one-time bonus and salary increase which was sent out to all in late December. The “bonus” was paid to eligible employees before the Winter Break and we have been told the raise will be reflected in the February 3 paycheck. The retro dollars will be issued (hopefully) around February 17th. We certainly appreciate the District Leadership team and the School Board for this effort.
