How to Request Your Final Transcript
- At your earliest convenience, complete the Final Transcript Request Form and submit the Final Transcript Request Form.
- Please make sure when completing the form you click the "Submit" button. Failure to do so will not have the transcript request form submitted to our transcript department.
- The deadline for submission of this form is: May 24, 2022
- If the final transcript request form is not completed and submitted, your final transcript will not be emailed or electronically sent to the college or university that you are planning to attend.
- All final transcripts will be sent out electronically or emailed when the District provides the Transcript Department with a date to release them. Your final transcript, when electronically sent or emailed to your college or university, will reflect your graduation date.
