How can I request my high school Transcripts?
To request your transcripts, please fill out our request form. Requests cannot be made over the phone or email. Processing time is 3-5 business days.

What is the fee?
No fee is required to obtain records directly from the District.

Can I get my records sent electronically?
Yes. Use parchment.com to request your transcripts electronically. Processing time is 1-2 business days. There is a fee to obtain your records this way.

Can I come in person to pick up my records?
Yes, requests in person are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Visit our appointment site to view and select the available days/times.

GED records are held with the Department of Education GED office.

Are there copies of high school diplomas?
No. Diplomas are a single issue copy and are not an official part of the permanent record.

My child is currently enrolled in school. How do I request a transcript?
All active students must request transcripts directly from their current school.

How can I obtain my child’s Report Cards?
For active students, you may access report cards from the Parent Portal or request report cards from their current school.

How do I enroll/unenroll my student at a school?
Reach out directly to the school. They are the only ones capable of doing this.

My child was reported to the DMV as truant. How can they be reinstated?
There is a student compliance/reinstatement form that needs to be filled out and signed by the student's school.

Do you provide Apostille or Notarial Certifications?
The Records Management Office does NOT provide Apostille or Notarial Certifications. Please visit the Florida Department of State's website for specific instructions on how to file, fees, payment, and acceptable types of documents.
