Student Records Requests

  • We are committed to excellence in all record management, student records, and document imaging services we provide to our students and customers. Our primary goal is that all records, in all formats and media types, shall be efficiently created, managed, and retained to meet all legal, financial, auditing, administrative, research, and historical needs of the School District of Palm Beach County, Florida.

    Our Records and Information Management program includes record retention / disposition, inactive student records, and document management.

    Request in Person
    In person requests are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  - to view the calendar for times/dates available and to schedule your visit.  We encourage our customers to save time and take advantage of online services by going to Parchment.


    Students under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive school records/transcripts.

    Students CURRENTLY ENROLLED in a Palm Beach County School, must go directly to their school since jurisdiction of records has not been transferred to the District.

    Virtual, Home Education or FLVS Students
    For information on students who attend/graduated from Palm Beach Virtual or Home Education, please request information from the Virtual and Home Educational Services Department.  For any FLVS student inquiries, please click here to be directed to their website.
