CAPE Team

Crisis Assessment, Prevention, Education and Support Team (CAPE) is a multidisciplinary team utilizing diverse skill sets including trauma-informed care, behavior management, and care coordination. Credentialed and skilled staff that are both flexible and proactive in supporting students who are experiencing a complex mental or behavioral health challenge. Each of the four CAPE Team sites is comprised of a mental health professional, a school psychologist and behavioral health professionals.
The services the CAPE Team provides include: mental health assessments, student support plans, re-entry meetings, independent objective observations, consultations, case coordination, professional development/trainings and attending additional school based meetings as needed.
