The Palm Beach County Academic Games League was founded in 1973 and is the local level of the Academic Games League of America (AGLOA). The competition features top-performing students from Elementary, Middle and High Schools from across Palm Beach County competing in tournament style games. Games played are Equations: The Game of Creative Mathematics, Linguishtik, Propaganda, World Events, Presidents, and Social Students Theme (This year’s theme is Mythology).

The Palm Beach County League also hosts the Florida State Academic Games State Tournament at Palm Springs Middle School in March. The Palm Beach County Academic Games All-Star Team will compete in April 2019 in Orlando, Florida at the AGLOA National Championships. In 2017, Palm Beach County had 41 National Champions and with your support, we hope to continue our success.

To support these top-performing students and their families, the school district invites you to participate by considering a sponsorship to provide the following: donations of $500 to $5,000, tournament materials (pens, pencils, pads with of sponsor), and competition shirts. All philanthropic gifts made to the school district through the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County are tax-deductible. In exchange for your generosity, contributing businesses/organizations will receive the following:
